JACARANDA'S VISION
Jacaranda Rising envisions a Los Angeles County where at-risk transition-age adults (18-24) break free from cycles of poverty, homelessness, foster care, and other challenges. Our ultimate goal is to empower them to become confident, independent individuals.
AND MISSION
We are dedicated to empowering at-risk transition-age adults by providing them with the tools necessary to thrive independently. We achieve this through a collaborative approach that combines life skills training with compassionate support in a welcoming and encouraging environment.

WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
Transition Age Youth (TAY - age 18-24) leaving the foster care system have a high chance of becoming homeless, not finishing high school, not attending college, substance abuse, getting arrested, becoming a victim of human trafficking, or suicide.
We work to support these youth to a more hope filled future!
